Peter J. Larson

Peter J. Larson has a diverse work history. Peter J. is currently the VP of Assessment Science at Motivations AI, a position they have held since October 2022. Before that, from November 2012 to October 2022, they worked at Gloo as a Psychologist & Assessment Lead. Prior to their time at Gloo, they served as the President and Co-Author of PREPARE-ENRICH at Life Innovations from February 2004 to November 2012. From July 2001 to January 2003, Peter was the Director of Research and Clinical Services at the Smalley Relationship Center, where they focused on individual and marriage therapy and research coordination.

Peter J. Larson's education history begins in 1986 when they attended St. Olaf College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology in 1990. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Fuller Theological Seminary from 1995 to 1999, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Theology. During the same period, they also enrolled at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology, where they completed their Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from 1995 to 2000.
