Alfie Mallett

Alfie Mallett joined Motive Partners in 2021 and is a Technology Associate based out of the London office. At Motive, Alfie is responsible for managing the company’s global technical infrastructure and will be primarily focused on servicing the London office.

Prior to joining Motive, Alfie was an Infrastructure Engineer at Gray Dawes Group, a TMC based in London. During his tenure, he managed the core infrastructure for the business and designed and delivered key security projects as well as providing support across the group. Prior to this, Alfie worked at AEM, a division of Ametek Inc, overseeing desktop support and infrastructure for the business. Alfie began his career at Leathams, where he initially provided desktop support across the UK and later moved onto an infrastructure role where he managed and implemented various technical projects, maximising budgets, and improving client efficiency.

Alfie possesses extensive expertise of the full project lifecycle (ITIL certified) and Agile techniques, with a proven ability to implement new processes and deliver results.
