Anna Evashavik

Anna joined Motive Partners in 2019 and is an Operations Manager on the Human Capital and Operations Team based out of the New York office.

Prior to joining Motive, Anna worked in human resources and recruiting for Mariner Finance where she managed full-life cycle recruitment for field and headquarters positions, introduced and led manager trainings on multiple recruiting platforms, and coordinated university career fairs nationwide. Previously, Anna began her career in recruiting and sales at Insight Global. Throughout this experience, Anna provided full-life cycle recruiting across a multitude of industries and partnered with internal account managers and external hiring managers nationwide to fill job requisitions.

Anna graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and has completed additional courses in Montpellier, France and Bangkok, Thailand.
