Emma Glyn

Emma Glyn joined Motive Partners in 2019 and is a Senior Associate on the Motive Investor Relations team based out of the London Office. At Motive, Emma’s responsibilities include the firm’s marketing, investor relations and limited partner co-investment activities.

Prior to joining Motive, Emma was an Analyst within the Mergers & Acquisitions team at the Standard Bank Group, where she was involved in advising on and executing various buy-side and sell-side transactions and listings across multiple industries. Before committing to the M&A team, Emma started her career on the Investment Banking graduate programme of the Standard Bank Group, a year-long programme where she rotated through various teams including M&A, Debt-Capital Markets, Diversified Lending & Leverage and Principal & Structured Finance.

Emma graduated with Honours from the University of Cape Town with a B.S. in Finance. As well as passing her CFA Level II in 2018, she participated in an online course on Exponential Thinking at Singularity University and a Summer School Course at the London School of Economics on Options, Futures & Other Financial Derivatives.
