Michelle McKenna

Michelle McKenna has a diverse work experience. Michelle started their career at Moto Hospitality in 2014, where they held various roles including Head of People Services & Reward, Human Resources Business Partner, Regional HR Advisor, and HR Advisor. Michelle also served as an HR Graduate at Moto Hospitality, where they gained experience in employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, and HR officer duties. Prior to Moto Hospitality, they worked as an HR and Training Administrator and Restaurant/Costa Assistant Department Manager. In 2012, they had the opportunity to work with the International Olympic Committee as a Protocol Team & Spanish Interpreter during the London 2012 games. Michelle holds a CIPD Advanced Level 7 qualification.

Michelle McKenna completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Anglia Ruskin University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Sport and Tourism (Business) Management from the University of Lincoln, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.
