Nicholas Lowry

Nicholas Lowry serves as the Lead Brewer at moto-i Ramen and Sake House since April 2017, where responsibilities include transforming solid rice into sake and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. In addition, Nicholas has been the Operations Manager at Minnesota Rice and Milling since January 2018, overseeing the processing of rice for global distribution. Prior experience includes a role as Key Account Specialist at NSF International, focusing on supply chain food safety audits for global restaurant clients, alongside various auditing positions in food safety and dietary supplements. Earlier experience includes teaching English as a second language in South Korea and conducting food safety inspections for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota.
