Ian McQuagge Eit

Ian McQuagge, EIT, MBA has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Construction Project Manager at CL Design and Consulting. In 2018, they joined Motor Controls Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager, where they worked until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Water Products & Sales Engineer, and then as the Director of Product Development and Sustainability from 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Motor Controls Inc.

Ian McQuagge, EIT, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Oklahoma State University from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Strategy - Mergers & Acquisitions from Southern Methodist University between 2020 and 2022.
