Previously, Gary Western served as Engineering Manager at Motorola GSM Networks from January 1995 to July 2007, focusing on wireless network software including project management and process optimization. In earlier roles, Gary Western contributed as a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff and Software Engineer, specializing in GSM network infrastructure and packet radio functionality. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
