Jaime Weidler

Jaime Weidler is an experienced procurement leader currently serving as the Head of Global Semiconductor & Battery Procurement at Motorola Solutions since June 2024, where responsibilities include developing a procurement team and ensuring a robust supply base. Previously, Jaime held the role of Vice President, Sourcing & Procurement at Qorvo, Inc., overseeing a semiconductor spend of $1.8 billion. At Zebra Technologies, Jaime served as Sr. Director of Direct Material Procurement, managing an $800 million global spend and implementing cost-saving strategies. With extensive procurement experience at Motorola Solutions, including positions such as Director of Global Category Manager for VLSI & Memory Semiconductor Procurement, Jaime has successfully driven category strategies and executed substantial cost reductions. Jaime's educational background includes an MBA from Santa Clara University and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University.
