Lauren Henderson

Lauren Henderson currently serves as Lead Counsel - Corporate & Securities and Senior Director at Motorola Solutions, a role held since January 2021, having previously held various positions in the same legal department. Prior to joining Motorola Solutions, Lauren worked at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2015 to December 2020, starting as an Associate in the Corporate Group. Experience also includes a legal internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in early 2015 and a summer associate position at Sidley Austin LLP in mid-2014. Lauren holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Spanish Literature and Culture from the University of Notre Dame (2007-2011).
