Mark Jones CBCI has extensive experience in field engineering and operations management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Director of Field Engineering and Estates Planning at Motorola Solutions, prior roles include Head of UK Field Engineering and Operations and Head of Field Operations. Mark's background also encompasses significant positions at Airwave, where responsibilities included Operations and Engineering Manager for the North of England and Scotland, as well as Head of Business Continuity and Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Manager. Earlier in Mark's career, service was provided as Warrant Officer (YofS) in the Royal Corps of Signals. Mark holds an HND in Telecommunications from the Royal School of Signals, completed in 2000.
