Sofia Aldridge is an experienced operations and business manager with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Offer & Business Operations Manager (Data Science) at Motorola Solutions since July 2022, Sofia leads a team of data analysts to enhance data visualization and provide critical cost-saving insights for stakeholders. Prior experience includes over 15 years at projekt202, where Sofia managed operations to improve efficiency in software design and development, as well as holding positions at SLW Rake, Inc., Panera Bread, and MetLife, which focused on management, financial analysis, and construction operations. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Akron.
