Ashleigh Shiels has held various roles in the field of customer service and vehicle preparation. Shiels started as a valet at Direct Valeting Ltd in June 2011 before joining Motorpoint in August 2014. At Motorpoint, Shiels has worked their way up from a Customer Service Assistant to a Customer Service Manager and currently serves as a Preparation Supervisor overseeing yard operations.
