Ms. Harris currently serves as People Partner at Motorway, where they provide business partnering to all levels of the organisation from senior leaders to first line management, drives and facilitates global people strategy, focusses on attracting and retaining talent within the organisation.
Prior to joining Motorway, Ms. Harris served as HR Business Partner at REPL Group from June 2012 to February 2020. In this role, they provided business partnering to all levels of the organisation from senior leaders to first line management, drove and facilitated global people strategy, focussed on attracting and retaining talent within the organisation.
Fiona Harris has a MA (Hons) in Mathematics & Philosophy from the University of St Andrews. Fiona is certified from the CIPD in CIPD Associate Member and from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in PRINCE2.
