Helen has worked in marketing and customer relations for over 20 years. Helen started their career as a marketing assistant at Polarcup, where they gained experience in various marketing channels. Helen then moved to CSMAclub Ltd, where they worked as a digital online marketing executive for 10 years. In this role, they managed email marketing campaigns and developed a strong understanding of customer behavior.

In 2012, Helen joined Study Group as an email marketing specialist. Helen quickly progressed to Marketing Automation Manager, a role they held for two years. In this role, they were responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns for the company's higher education clients.

In 2015, Helen left Study Group to join OneFamily as an Email Marketing Manager. Helen was responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns for the company's financial services clients.

In 2017, Helen left OneFamily to join Neilson Active Holidays as a CRM Executive. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's customer relationship management system.

In 2019, Helen left Neilson Active Holidays to join the quality assurance team at Motorway.

Helen's educational career began at Bay House School in Gosport. Helen then went on to get a certification in Sitecore.
