Franco Pacini

Franco Pacini has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Franco currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MOTOVARIO S.p.A. since April 2019. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Tirsan Kardan, including Vice President of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Business Development & Operations Director from 2012 to 2021. Before joining Tirsan Kardan, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Change S.p.a. in 2011. From 1990 to 2010, they worked at Dana Incorporated, where they held the positions of Managing Director, General Manager, and Sales & Product Engineering Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales & Project Engineer at Nuovo Pignone Spa from 1986 to 1989.

Franco Pacini pursued their education from 1980 to 1986 at the Università degli Studi di Firenze. During this period, they completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
