Debraj S. Roy

Debraj S. Roy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Motovolt Mobility, leading strategic HR initiatives in the emerging industry and implementing innovative HR automation tools. Prior to this role, Debraj held senior HR positions at Lux Industries Ltd and Indorama Ventures PCL, and served as the Regional Head of Human Resources, Facilities, and CSR at Sony. Debraj also brings experience from Indus Towers Limited, Abbott, Dabur India Ltd., Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Onida, progressively advancing from HR Executive to leadership roles. An alumnus of Wigan and Leigh College and Visvesvaraya Technological University, Debraj holds a PGDBM in HR and a BE in Mechanical Engineering.
