Bob Penman

Bob Penman currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Motrex LLC while also holding the position of General Counsel for both Element Resources and Stryten Energy through service agreements with Motrex LLC. Prior to these roles, Bob Penman was Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Exide Technologies from April 2014 to August 2020. Bob Penman's legal career includes a partnership at Graham & Penman, LLP, and senior counsel positions at BlueLinx Corporation and Exide Technologies. An education background includes a dual MBA/JD from the University of Georgia, focusing on Finance, Risk Management, and Law, as well as a BA in Political Science, Economics, and Writing from UC San Diego.
