Travis Randall is an experienced HR professional with a focus on compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Motrex LLC since December 2021, Travis has held various leadership positions in prominent organizations such as Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC and Exide Technologies.
