Joshua Deaner

Joshua Deaner is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty since March 2020, Joshua is also the President of The Rhode Guide Real Estate Company, a position held since January 2011. Previously, Joshua was the Director of Product Development at aptsandlofts.com from 2002 to 2008. Joshua holds an Associate's degree in Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.
