Florian Maier

Florian Maier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Operations Engineering at Mott Corporation from 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at ASML for a short period in 2022. From 2011 to 2022, they held multiple positions at TRUMPF North America, including Manager Manufacturing Control - Engineering and Supply Chain, Machine Assembly Manager, Quality Manager, Executive Assistant for Corporate Projects, and Lean Specialist. Florian also gained experience as a Co-op Student at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems in 2008 and as a Student Intern at BMW Group in 2007.

Florian Maier obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Hochschule Ulm from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, Florian also pursued another Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Hochschule Neu-Ulm. In addition to their education, Florian has acquired several certifications including Quality Engineer from ASQ - World Headquarters in December 2017, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditing from SAI Global Risk Ethics Compliance Learning in March 2014, TRUMPF SYNCHRO Specialist from TRUMPF in May 2012, and Six Sigma Black Belt from Central Connecticut State University in August 2011.
