James Little has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. James began their career at Wittmann Battenfeld, Inc. in 1992, where they served as a Design Supervisor and Applications Engineer until 1998. James then joined TI Automotive as an Engineering Group Leader, staying with the company until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Covidien as an Engineering Manager. James then moved on to Veeder-Root, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Manager from 2008 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering at Mott Corporation, a role they have held since December 2016.
James Little attended the University of Connecticut from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). Prior to that, from 1983 to 1985, they studied at Waterbury State Technical College, obtaining an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering (ASME). Additionally, James also attended Waterbury State Technical College, though the start and end years are unknown. Here, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and obtained an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering (AS Mechanical Engineering).
