Jill Ferguson

Jill Ferguson serves as the Associate General Counsel and Director of Global Compliance and Integrity at Mott Corporation since June 2023, providing transactional and compliance counsel for innovative solutions in various sectors such as clean energy and healthcare. Previously, Jill held multiple significant roles at Barnes from May 2004 to June 2023, including General Counsel for the Motion Control Solutions business unit and acting Co-General Counsel. Jill's extensive legal career also includes tenure as Corporate Counsel at Service Corporation International and as a Litigation Associate at Riley & Harris, L.L.P. Jill earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Policy Studies from Rice University.
