Dougie Benton

Douglas Benton is a Mechanical Engineer at Aurecon since February 2022, previously serving as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Douglas gained practical engineering workshop experience at Sutton Tools Pty Ltd from November 2020 to February 2021, focusing on machining, welding, and fabrication. Prior to that, Douglas completed a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Refining NZ in the rotating equipment department as part of the condition monitoring team from November 2019 to February 2020. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, earned between 2018 and 2022.
