Joanna Hepher

Joanna Hepher currently serves as the Digital Integration Lead at Mott MacDonald since November 2024. Prior to this role, Joanna held positions at AtkinsRéalis as the Global Lava Lab and Tech Lab Lead from August 2022 to November 2024, as well as at SNC-Lavalin, where Joanna worked as the Global Lava Lab and Tech Lab Lead, Manager of Digital Collaboration, and Lava Lab UK Lead from July 2020 to November 2024. Joanna's extensive experience in digital transformation also includes a lengthy tenure at Atkins, where Joanna was the Digital Lead for People Transformation from November 2003 to April 2022, specializing in connecting people, data, and technology.
