Kat Draper

Kat Draper is a Senior Principal Civil Engineer at Mott MacDonald, with extensive experience in highways design and project engineering. Since joining Mott MacDonald in April 2016, Kat has held various roles, including Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer, contributing to projects like the A452 Chester Road improvements. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Project Engineer at Kier Group, coordinating road realignment efforts, and earlier roles at Mott MacDonald and local councils, focusing on highways management and design. Kat holds a MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the Institute of Highway Engineers and a member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
