Laura Harkins-Small is a seasoned professional in social sustainability, currently serving as Technical Director of Social Sustainability and APNA Social Practice Lead at Mott MacDonald since May 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of General Manager of Advocacy at the Infrastructure Sustainability Council, where advocacy efforts focused on transitioning the infrastructure industry towards a net zero, resilient, and inclusive future.
