Pragya Trivedi

Pragya Trivedi is a seasoned professional in executive search and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Executive Search Partner and Head of Executive Research at Mott MacDonald since February 2023. Previously, Trivedi held key positions at Kantar from November 2016 to December 2022, including Regional Executive Recruiting Partner for APAC and ER Research Team Manager, playing a crucial role in senior hires and critical talent projects. Earlier experience includes consulting in talent acquisition, as well as various roles at Heidrick & Struggles, where Trivedi progressed from Research Associate to Engagement Manager in the Consumer Markets Practice. Initial career steps began at AMS Consulting as a Research Associate and ABL Executive Search as an HR Executive. Trivedi holds a PGDBA in Human Resources from Jaipuria Institute of Management and completed secondary education at Loreto Convent, Lucknow.
