Richard Scragg

Richard Scragg has extensive experience in project management across various sectors, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Mott MacDonald since October 2011, where responsibilities include managing projects and client relationships on the Regional Delivery Partnership Framework. Richard also programme manages the Smart Infrastructure Initiative as part of the Digital Strategy, focusing on integrating digital technologies into physical infrastructure, and leads the Engineering Business Stream for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) within the Highways Division, aiming to establish Mott MacDonald as a leading provider of ITS design services. Prior to Mott MacDonald, Richard worked at Mouchel plc. as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Manager, managing multi-million-pound projects and operational responsibilities. Experience also includes project management roles at Mouchel Parkman Services Limited, AT&T Global Network Services UK, and IBM, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management, Business Studies, and Manufacturing Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
