Russell Spicer

Russell Spicer is an experienced professional with a strong background in surveying and mapping. Currently serving as Crew Chief at Mott MacDonald since January 2017, Russell has previously held similar roles at UniversalPegasus International and Keystone Surveying & Mapping Inc. Additionally, Russell possesses valuable experience as an Instrument Operator, having worked for Universal Pegasus and Jobes Henderson & Associates, Inc., and has also contributed to projects as a Rod Man. Russell graduated from New Lexington High School with a diploma in 2000.
