Samuel Smith

Samuel Smith is an accomplished ecologist with extensive experience in coordinating and managing a diverse range of ecological projects. Currently serving as Principal Ecologist at Mott MacDonald since March 2018, Samuel has held various roles including Senior Ecologist and Ecologist. Previous experience includes work with RammSanderson Ecology Ltd as an Ecologist, where Samuel conducted protected species surveys and developed mitigation strategies. Samuel's expertise encompasses a range of ecological surveys, licensed activities, and supervisory roles for Ecological Clerks of Works (ECoW). Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Ecological Consultancy and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Newcastle University.
