Bethany Burpee

Bethany Burpee, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Motus Integrated Technologies, focusing on tracking and reporting recruiting metrics while training personnel on recruitment best practices. With over a decade of experience at Freudenberg Group, Bethany developed recruitment strategies to support multiple business groups and oversaw one recruiter and an intern. Previous roles included Learning and Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, where Bethany implemented HR processes and created an internship program. Early career positions include recruiting and account management roles at Honor Medical Staffing and TEKsystems, along with teaching and creative positions in education and media.
