Joslyn DeGroot, SHRM-CP, is an HR professional with extensive experience in data analysis, benefits administration, and compensation. Currently serving as Comp, Benefits & HRIS Manager at Motus Integrated Technologies since October 2018, Joslyn previously held the position of HRIS Data Administrator and HR Coordinator at Eastern Michigan University from August 2014 to October 2018. Responsibilities included overseeing data entry processes, training functional users on the Human Resource Information System (Banner by Ellucian), and enhancing cross-functional procedures to improve HR functions. Joslyn holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from Eastern Michigan University.
