Aerica Lovett

Aerica Lovett is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in managing design teams and executing creative projects across various platforms. Currently serving as Design Manager at Motus since August 2020, Aerica leads a design team and implements processes to assess the team's impact within the organization. As a former sole graphic designer at Motus, Aerica developed assets for numerous departments and contributed to the evolution of the brand identity. In addition to ongoing freelance work through Aerica Lovett Design, which began in September 2015, Aerica has held several positions that include Social Media Marketing Consultant and Designer & Marketing Manager at Backpack Health. Academic credentials include a BFA in Illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, completed in 2013.
