Starting as an Account Support Specialist, Rachel progressed through the ranks to become Implementation Specialist, Professional Services Manager, Customer Success Director, and Senior Director of Customer Success. Currently, Rachel serves as Vice President of Customer Success, demonstrating a strong commitment to driving customer satisfaction and success throughout their tenure at the company.
