Scott Machin has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Scott started their career at AT&T as a Network Operations Specialist, where they played a crucial role in designing, deploying, and maintaining networks. Scott then moved on to CDW as an IT Specialist/System Administrator, responsible for network management, security, and server administration.

Afterwards, Machin joined Milwaukee County Government as a Network, Systems & Storage Administrator/Technical Project Manager. Scott managed and maintained various systems and networks, including SANs located in multiple data centers. Scott also served as a project manager for PC, storage, network, and server installations and repairs.

Machin then worked at Jockey International, Inc. as an IT Specialist/System & Network Administrator. Scott oversaw the daily administration of systems and enterprise network, managed user support, and ensured network and system security.

Later, Machin joined Northwestern Mutual as an Infrastructure Engineer, where they managed a large number of endpoints, introduced new technologies such as Intune and Aternity, and worked on implementing a VDI solution.

Currently, Machin holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Motus, where they lead the IT department and is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of technology solutions.

Scott Machin attended Random Lake High School from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained their diploma. Scott has also acquired several additional certifications, including the MS-500 Microsoft 365 Security Administration from Microsoft in December 2019, the MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services from Microsoft in December 2018, and the MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security from Microsoft in December 2018.
