Serguei Stepanov

Serguei Stepanov, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of RevOps & Analytics at Motus since October 2024, having previously held the role of Vice President of Revenue Operations & Analytics at Achievers from July 2021 to November 2024. Prior experience includes Global Director of Revenue and Analytics at People 2.0 and Director of Finance and Operations at autoTRADER.ca. Earlier in the career, Serguei was with TELUS for over seven years, holding positions such as Senior Manager - M&A Strategy and Enablement and Financial Controller/Director, responsible for corporate financial management and reporting. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance from the University of Ottawa and CPA certification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
