Fernando Dutra

Fernando Dutra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial and Operations at Motz since February 2022, Fernando previously held multiple leadership roles at Votorantim Cimentos from September 2015 to February 2022, including Senior Regional Sales Manager and National Manager of Logistics Operations and Ports. Fernando's career commenced at Cervejaria Ambev from January 2010 to August 2015, progressing through various positions such as Corporate Warehouse Manager and Corporate Warehouse Specialist. Key responsibilities have included overseeing logistics operations, managing safety and productivity indicators, and implementing process improvements across regions in Brazil, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala.
