Catherine Pola began their work experience at Nike Australia as a Personal and Marketing Assistant from March 2005 to March 2007. Catherine then moved on to Yarra Valley Water, where they worked as a Brand and Sponsorship Program Manager from March 2007 to March 2011. Following that, they joined Advantedge Financial Services as a Marketing Specialist from April 2011 to February 2012. Catherine then transitioned to NAB, where they held various roles including Sponsorship & Events Manager from February 2012 to August 2015, Digital Marketing Consultant from August 2015 to November 2015, Strategic Marketing Consultant - Global Products from November 2015 to October 2016, Marketing Manager - Corporate and Institutional from October 2016 to November 2016, and Segment Propositions Manager - NAB Private from November 2016 to April 2018. Most recently, Catherine has been working at Moula as the Strategic Partnerships Manager from October 2018 to November 2019, the Head of Partner Marketing from November 2019 to February 2021, and currently as the Head of Marketing Planning and Delivery.

Catherine Pola attended Santa Maria College from 1994 to 1999. Catherine did not pursue a degree or have a specific field of study during their time there. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they attended Victoria University, where they completed their Bachelor of Business (BBus) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
