Customer Experience & Collections Specialist at Moula

Craig Riley has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1994 when they joined the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. During their time there, they worked in various roles before moving into the Learning & Development Consultant role in 1997 and was promoted. In 2004, they took on a contract role as a Learning & Development Consultant at Aussie Home Loans, primarily responsible for facilitating the Induction workshop for new brokers, and reviewing and updating the material. In 2005, they took on a Learning & Development Consultant role at NRMA. In 2006, they joined Mortgage Choice as a Franchise Development Manager, helping franchisees with their businesses. In 2016, they joined Australian Credit and Finance as a Senior Mortgage Expert, helping clients achieve their home ownership and investment goals. Finally, in 2017, they joined Moula as a Customer Experience & Collections Specialist and Partner Relationship Manager, primarily focusing on everything post-sale for business loan customers and processing broker introduced loans, respectively.

Craig Riley completed a Diploma of Credit Management from the Institute of Strategic Management in 2020, with a focus in Finance and Credit Management. Craig began the program in 2019.
