Drew Atwater

Drew Atwater has experience in various water-related roles, including Deputy General Manager at Moulton Niguel Water District, Manager of Rates, Charges & Financial Planning at Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, and Director of Finance and Water Resources at Moulton Niguel Water District. Drew also has experience as an Associate Consultant at Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. and Atwater Consulting Group, as well as positions at U.S. House of Representatives Natural Resources Subcommittee on Water and Power, CDM, Parsons, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and MWH. Drew holds a BA in Physics from Reed College, a fellowship from Coro, and an M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of California, Riverside.
