Jennifer Rogers is the current Director of Development & Community Engagement at Mounds Park Academy. Prior to their current position, Jennifer served as the Development Director at Genesys Works Twin Cities, the Executive Director at Western Nebraska Community College, and the Program Director at Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska. Jennifer began their career as a victim advocate and community educator at DOMESTIC ABUSE-SEXUAL ASSAULT SERVICES before moving on to become the Program Coordinator at PANHANDLE RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT INC. Jennifer then became the Western Nebraska Field Representative for U.S. Senator Ben Nelson.

Jennifer Rogers has a Doctor of Education from the University of Northern Colorado Extended Campus in Educational Studies, Innovation and Education Reform. Jennifer also has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Troy University and a Graduate Certificate/Master of Arts in Women's Studies/Social Responsibility & Sustainable Communities from Western Kentucky University.
