Clare Richards

Clare Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across the health, community services, and local government sectors. Currently serving as a Housing Solutions Broker at Mount Alexander Shire Council since September 2021, Clare focuses on enhancing affordable housing opportunities within the region. Previous leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer at ECHO Empowering Services and Torres Health Indigenous Corporation, as well as Principal Advocate at Torres Strait Island Regional Council, where Clare managed advocacy strategies and stakeholder engagement. Clare also directed and published works through Tropical Cuisine Pty Ltd and Wet Season Press.
