Enrique Grajeda has held various roles throughout their work experience. Enrique started their career at AVX in 1998, where they served as an Offshore Coordinator and International Controller, responsible for coordinating and managing the month-end accounting close process for Mexican facilities and a US Distribution Center. In 2003, they joined Helen of Troy as an International Controller and later became the Corporate Operational Controller, overseeing month-end closing, P&L performance, budget analysis, variance analysis, customer profitability, and market analysis. In 2014, they joined Mount Franklin Foods as the Vice President of Finance before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In July 2019, they became the President and CEO of Mount Franklin Foods.

Enrique Grajeda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso, completing their education from 1991 to 1998.
