Gilberto González

Gilberto González has extensive work experience in engineering and maintenance roles. Gilberto is currently employed as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Mount Franklin Foods since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bridgestone for a significant period, starting in 2007. At Bridgestone, they held various positions including Engineering & Maintenance Manager, Utilities Manager, Production Coordinator, and Project Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for budgeting, project implementation, equipment operation, maintenance strategies, production line management, and team management. Gilberto also worked as the Plant Maintenance Manager at Niagara Bottling from June 2018 to August 2021. Before joining Bridgestone, Gilberto worked as an Assistant to the Dean (Electrical Engineering) at Tecnológico de Monterrey from October 2004 to February 2007.

Gilberto González obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed in 2007.
