Chantel Flemming (MAHRI) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a substantial background in HR leadership and consultancy across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Superintendent at Mount Gibson Iron since November 2024 and Principal Consultant at Adaptive People Solutions since September 2020, Chantel has previously held senior HR roles at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd, St Barbara Limited, and Panoramic Resources Limited. With experience spanning from HR and Business Consultant for a not-for-profit organization to Senior Business Partner in People and Culture at Evolution Mining, Chantel has demonstrated expertise in strategic business planning, employee relations, and HR management.
