Alicia Erwin

AVP Student Life, Strategic Operations at Mount Holyoke College

Alicia Erwin has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Student Life, Strategic Operations at Mount Holyoke College since October 2015. In this role, Alicia Erwin collaborates with the Vice President of Student Life to fulfill the division's vision while engaging with various stakeholders. Previous roles include Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Involvement at Mount Holyoke College, where responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership and budget oversight. Earlier positions include Assistant Dean of Students at New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering, overseeing student activities and engagement initiatives, and roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of South Carolina. Alicia Erwin holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from William & Mary.
