Juan Ortega has a strong background in IT service delivery and management. Juan started their career at TracFone Wireless in 2001 as a Service Desk Lead, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined DHL to implement ITIL service delivery practices. Later that year, they moved to Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach, where they held various roles, including Service Desk Supervisor and IT Service Delivery Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Director of IT Service Delivery at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Juan Ortega attended Miami Dade College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer Information Systems. In 2011, they obtained the certification for Itil v3 Foundation from Hewlett-Packard.
