Riley Caverly has had diverse work experience in various industries. Riley started their career as a Golf League Manager at Links of Novi in 2009 and then joined Gartner as an Assistant to the Managing Client Director, providing support and managing tasks for the Senior Strategic Advisor. Riley also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for the ALPFA student chapter, where they were responsible for designing and developing marketing strategies.

In 2015, Riley worked as a Marketing Intern at Sleeping Bear Gallery and Birds & Bees Teas, where they created promotional materials and managed gallery files. In the same year, they co-founded Peace x Piece.

Riley then joined Baker Industries, Inc in 2016 as a Lead Creative Designer, focusing on 3D printing. Here, they collaborated with the Director of Marketing to execute marketing strategies and managed the content for the company's website and social media platforms.

Currently, Riley is associated with Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach. Riley started as a Marketing and Design Specialist and later became the Marketing and Design Manager. In their role, they managed all creative direction, ensured brand uniformity, and approved brand-related items. As a Brand Director, Riley utilizes brand guidelines to design creative solutions.

Riley Caverly earned a Master's degree in Engineering Design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising Design from Wayne State University in 2016. Riley also earned credits from the University of Michigan in 2010 and Columbia College Chicago in 2010-2011, with a focus on Photographic Technology.
