Prior to their current role, Manuel worked as a Senior Consultant at Fairmont Global Markets specializing in Renewable Energy Project Finance and as a Lead Analyst at Moody's Investors Service focusing on Commercial Real Estate & Structured Finance. Manuel also gained experience in property acquisition and structured finance during their internship at Vivacon AG. Additionally, Manuel has a background in VIP Sales from their time as an intern at AUDI AG. Manuel's educational background includes a degree in Business Law / Real Estate Investment Banking from Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) and Manuel is a CFA Level I candidate from the CFA Institute.
